<image:caption>Those who experience pain with breastfeeding, recurring blocked milk ducts, mastitis, or have been told their baby has a “bad latch” may benefit from an assessment by a physiotherapist trained in assessing the cause of these issues. This includes an assessment of the baby’s musculature, oral cavity, and breastfeeding. Treatment often includes gentle stretching, exercise, and play based strategies .</image:caption>

<image:caption>Owner/Physiotherapist Paige earned her BSc Kinesiology and BEd degrees from the University of New Brunswick. She worked as a physical education teacher in both Prince Edward Island and Northern Saskatchewan. From there, she moved to Saskatoon to work as an exercise therapist with cardiopulmonary patients. It was this position that gave her the drive to return east to Dalhousie University to complete a MSc Physiotherapy. Shortly after graduating, Paige began taking post-graduate training in pelvic health. She quickly discovered how much she enjoyed helping patients with their pelvic health needs. In 2021, she opened Prince Edward Island’s only physiotherapy clinic dedicated to treating pelvic and breast conditions. Her goal is to provide this underserved population with quality care in a timely manner. She is also incredibly passionate about creating a space where patients feel safe and heard. Paige and her family live in the rural community that she was raised in. When not at work, you can find her running, sailing, snowboarding, or outside with her family.</image:caption>

      <image:title>Caley McDonald RMT - RMT</image:title>
<image:caption>Growing up with a passion for sport is what led Caley to pursue a career in Massage Therapy. While obtaining her diploma from ICT Northumberland College in Halifax she worked closely with the athletes of Saint Mary’s University. After graduating from ICT in 2006, she stayed in Halifax and worked for the Interlude Spa until the opportunity arose in 2009 to move back home to PEI, joining an existing clinic in Charlottetown. It was then that she started working with pre and postnatal women. Her interest in working with pre and postnatal women led her to take additional training in interventions in the postpartum period. This has given her the ability to offer scar massage for postnatal women. The true milestone in her career came in 2016 when she joined Keep Moving Physiotherapy and opened up for business in Cornwall, PEI. Today, still in the same clinic, she is happily working alongside the physiotherapists of KMP and long time friend, Paige Martin of PEI Pelvic and Breast Health. When she is not at work, Caley spends her spare time volunteering with community minor sport teams, spending time with her family or hiking and biking with friends! Additional Areas of Training: General Swedish Massage Deep Tissue Myofascial Release Cupping Therapy Scar Massage Pre/PostNatal Massage</image:caption>
